This interior apartment is located on Viale Val Padana in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Tufello. The apartment, with three bedrooms available for rent, is only suitable for female students and would best suite those who would prefer to live in a peaceful area so they could focus on their studies. All rooms are fully furnished and the tenants will have access to a communal living room, fully equipped kitchen with a balcony and a shared bathroom. The surrounding area features a beautiful park and Fiume Aniene river. You will have easy access to the city centre with a metro station nearby, that will also take you to Rome's universities. The area of the apartment is 90m2.

- The vintage furniture in the living room makes the apartment look very stylish and sophisticated.
- Bedroom number 1 is very sunny and features a great 6th floor balcony view of the street.
- Bedroom number 2 has a large wardrobe with full-size mirrors that will make sure you're always stylish.
- As it's located on the 6th floor, the apartment features some of the most beautiful views throughout.
- The large bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and storage space for your toiletries.
- The fully equipped kitchen also has a balcony, facing the courtyard.

You may also take the bus number 92 from Prati Fiscali - Valtournanche and get to the city centre in less than 40 minutes. Using the MEB1 line, you can get to the Sapienza University in under 50 minutes.
