The rooms are fully furnished and extremely large. The tenants will share a fully equipped kitchen, two cosy bathrooms and a balcony area. The Ostiense area is ideal for those wanting to experience the true authentic Italian lifestyle - if you wish to live like a local and be surrounded by locals, this really is a place to be! The area of the apartment is 85m2.

- The bedroom number one is for two people - you will have two desks and two single beds and an access onto the beautiful balcony. A perfect opportunity to make a new friend!
- With the Rome TRE University a 20 minute walk away, students of this institution will have an easy time getting to their classes.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to show off your cooking skills.
- The apartment has two shared bathrooms, so you won't have to worry about overcrowding in the morning!
- The entire building of the apartment is almost brand new, constructed only 4 years ago.
- The apartment has easy access to the city centre, but is also located in a secure area.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't have an official living room, however, there is a sofa in the hallway where you can relax with your flatmates. You'll also be able to spend time together in the kitchen or on the balcony.
