Rooms 1 and 3 accept couples and room 2, though smaller, has access to the common balcony. The highlight of the apartment is the big kitchen and the long balcony; it will be perfect for enjoying a quick cup of coffee or reading a book. The area in which the flat is situated, Nomentano, is a upscale residential area and thus is very safe. Tenants will have easy access to transportation lines with these rooms as a base. The apartment measures 100 m2.
