There is a room available to rent in this charming 2-bedroom apartment near Rome Business School. The apartment consists of two rooms and a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom the tenants will share with each other. This is a pet friendly exterior apartment with a spacious room (room 1) which can accommodate 2 people. Located on via dei Banchi Nuovi, it's surrounded by Rome's river Fiume Tevere and you'll be able to reach the city centre in just a few minutes. There are markets, restaurants and bars inside as well as plenty of transportation links - what a perfect way to experience this beautiful city. The area of this incredible apartment is 60m2.
What we liked the most
- We really like the decorations and space of this apartment - it's incredibly bright with large windows so you will get plenty of Rome's sun.
- The kitchen comes fully furnished and includes all necessary amenities including a washing machine.
- Bedroom 1 is very spacious and even feature a cosy sofa. The windows overlook the historical streets where you can enjoy a good old people watch on boring days.
- The apartment is near Rome Business School and therefore perfect for students wishing to study there or are leaving student accommodation and wanting to find a place of their own.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 is a lofted area above the kitchen and does not have a wall.
- The bathroom is accessible via bedroom 2.
- Unfortunately, the oven in this apartment isn't working so you won't be able to use it, however, you have a gas stove available where you can do all your cooking.
