The apartment comes equipped with bed linen and towels, and there is a washing machine available to do your laundry.
The apartment is located on Via Angelo Brofferio, in the elegant neighborhood of Prati, and is ideal for those wanting to live in a safe and tranquil residential zone away from the crowds.

What we liked the most
- There is a dining table available in the kitchen.
- You won't be disturbed by street noise, as the windows are double glazed.
- There is one large shared bathroom and bedroom 3 also has its own ensuite.
- All utilities, including Wi-Fi, are already set up and included in the monthly rent.
Things to keep in mind
- Each room can sleep up to two people, and couples are welcome to rent any of the rooms.
- Since Spotahome visited this property, the living room seen in the video has been changed into a fourth bedroom. However, there is a large hallway, which can be used as a comunal space.
- Since Spotahome visited this property, the twin beds seen in bedroom 2 have been changed for a double bed.
