The property is conveniently located very close to the Università Roma Tre and the Inlingua Business School. There are 2 bathrooms to share among 6 people and 1 fridge for every 3 people (2 in the kitchen). The available room has lots of natural sunlight and plenty of space for all of a student's clothing, books, and school supplies. If you have a bike there is also plenty of room in the entryway of the apartment to leave it so you don't have to park it outside!
What we liked the most
- The entryway is quite spacious and there is plenty of room to store your bike if you have one to get to work or school.
- The house has 2 refrigerators, so there is plenty of space for all of the tenants’ groceries.
- This apartment is perfect for students who want to share a home with other students and socialise with plenty of common areas.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the ground floor, but it has bars on the windows in order to provide additional safety measures.
- The laundry room is accessible through the kitchen only.
