It would be perfect for students or professionals who want to live in an area with lots of dining and shopping options while having easy access to transportation. The area of this property is 100 m2.

What we liked the most
- The apartment, spanning 100 m2, is extremely spacious and allows each tenant to maintain independence.
- Being an exterior apartment with big windows, all the rooms are filled with natural light. Tenants will not need to turn on the lights during the day! The windows have pleasant views of the park near the apartment.
- In addition to the bathroom equipped with a shower, there is a bathroom equipped with just a toilet.
- All of the bedrooms have an independent key for added security.
