Rooms for rent in this 100 m² 3-bedroom apartment with one bathroom. Located to the east of the centre on Via Ugo Bertossi in the district of Collatino, this largely residential neighborhood is a nice escape from the bustle of the city life.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is renovated with shiny flooring. The bedrooms are very luminous and big; bedroom one and three has an extra single bed in addition to a double bed.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, heat), so tenants do not have to worry about extra costs.
- All the rooms are exterior, furnished with double beds, and allow couples. Two of the rooms (bedroom 1 and 2) have a balcony facing the street.
- The kitchen is big and well equipped; it has two sinks

- The apartment is not within walking distance from the city center, but there is a metro station 15-minutes away with good connection to the center.
