This 3-bedroom apartment comes fully furnished with a balcony. The rooms are spacious with wooden floors. It has a beautiful modern kitchen which is also fully equipped. The apartment also has a lot of natural light. If you are looking for a simple apartment to call home, this is your place.
The location is very convenient. There are several pizzerias within few minutes walking distance. Not to worry there is also a gymnasium; New Gym World, which is a minute away from the location. For those who love nature the huge park; Parque Villa Doriais is also very close to this apartment.
