This 3-bedroom apartment on Via Felice Grossi Gondi, in Nomentano is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The 120 m² property has a small dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens out onto a cute balcony. The comfortable living area is nice and bright and opens out onto a spacious terrace. There is 1 shared bathroom and heating is installed throughout.
The apartment is located in Nomentana, a charming residential area found outside Rome's historic city centre. There is plenty of history to explore here though, as well as some excellent restaurants, fancy cafés, and lovely parks. Ditch the tourist hustle and get yourself a slice of authentic Roman life.
What we liked the most
- Nomentano is a charming corner of the city away from the tourist hoards.
- The apartment features tiled and polished wooden floors, and a classic decor.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
- The terrace is spacious and furnished, making the prefect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon drink.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine but no dryer in the apartment.
