There are rooms for rent in this sunny 3-bedroom apartment on Via Tazio Nuvolari in Roma 70. This 95m² property has a spacious, modern living room with beautiful tiled floors and a full dining set. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with plenty of storage and modern amenities. There is balcony access overlooking a nearby green area.
The apartment is well-located near a shopping mall, which includes a supermarket and several brand shops. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a large green park for weekend recreation. Plenty of buses operate in the area.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is extremely spacious and very sunny, with large windows in the living room and kitchen.
- There are 2 bathrooms, which is very convenient.
- The kitchen has plenty of modern amenities, including an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- The apartment is well-located near a shopping mall and supermarket.
Things to keep in mind
- The Landlord keeps a bedroom for himself but he lives outside of Rome, so he’s never in the apartment.
