The terrace is full of plants and has patio seating, making it a great place to relax. There is wood flooring throughout and 2 full bathrooms to share.
Ostiense is an up-and-coming neighborhood located about 35 minutes from the city center. On Via Guido de Ruggiero, however, you are only a 15-minute walk to the nearest Metro stop, where you will also find several Roma Tre University departments. On your street, you have plenty of shops and basic amenities, as well as lots of small parks.
