The spacious living room is well-equipped with a TV and table and chairs so you have space to relax with your flatmates. In the tidy kitchen you will find all the essential appliances including a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave and an oven.
If you're studying you'll be pleased to know the Università Degli Studi Roma Tre - Dipartimento di Ingegneria is within a 20-minute walk. But if you're in Rome to see the sights, the Centrale Montemartini museum is within a half-hour walk, and the Necropolis of San Paolo and Gasometro are also nearby.

- The apartment is close to public transport so you can easily explore everything Rome has to offer.
- The shared bathroom has 2 sinks, a large mirror and a shower over bath.
- This is a 2nd floor apartment with an elevator, so you don't need to carry your shopping up too many stairs.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating and AC so you'll be comfortable year round.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
