There is a bright and spacious room for rent in this 100 m², 3-bedorom apartment shared with the live-in landlady. The room is perfect for 1 or 2 people and has access to a private balcony. The shared areas include 1 full bathroom and an eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and has a small flat-screen TV.
The apartment is on Via delle Cave in the lively San Giovanni district. This area is less popular with tourists, which means you will be living among the locals. An authentic neighborhood also means there are affordable and delicious restaurants to be discovered. Be sure to head to nearby Via Appia Nuova, which is the area's main shopping street.
