Located on the 8th floor of a building in Ostiense, this 3-bedroom apartment has cozy rooms available to rent to women only. The apartment faces an interior patio, but being so high up has charming views of the interior courtyard and surrounding landscape. There is a spacious living room that comes fully furnished and opens up onto a balcony. Right next to it, you have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for each tenant.
Ostiense is a district about 20 minutes south of Rome City Center that is well-connected by public transport and growing in popularity. On Via Giovanni da Empoli, you are just minutes away from a commercial area, where you can find pizzerias, ice cream shops, small shops, and a Carrefour Market.
