The 110 m² property is shared with the live-in landlord and his wife, and has rooms ideal for individuals or 2 friends. The 2nd floor apartment has multiple balconies that keep the rooms bright and fresh. The main common area is the eat-in kitchen that has plenty of cabinet space and modern amenities.
Centocelle is a residential neighborhood about 20 minutes east of Rome City Center. Over the years, it has grown in popularity and is now known for having delicious food at low prices. On Via Teano, you are in a convenient location surrounded by plenty of shops and with great public transport connections nearby.
