The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven and 4-burner stove and also opens on to a balcony. The bathroom is similarly well-equipped and has a large mirror, sink, toilet and shower.
The Mother Teresa of Calcutta Park is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the Centro Commerical Primavera mall. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within a 15-minute walk of this apartment.
