There is a room for rent in this spacious 110 m² 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Via Gregorio VII in Aurelio. The living room is spacious and a great place to relax outside of your room, while the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven and table and chairs.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, and there is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. Villa Doria Pamphili is a 35-minute walk away and is a great space to explore on your days off or get some exercise.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a shower over a bath, toilet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- The balcony can be accessed from the kitchen and living room.
Things to keep in mind
