This spacious 4-bedroom apartment is a duplex with an area of 140 m². The rooms available to rent are distributed over both floors, each floor with a living room area. The main living room is spacious with a couch, dining room, bookshelves, and with access to a large terrace. The kitchen is also spacious, fully equipped with modern appliances and furnished with a dining table, couch, and flat-screen TV. There are also 2 full bathrooms to share.
Centocelle is a residential district about 30 minutes away from Rome City Center. This neighborhood is known for having a lively atmosphere, while still offering more relaxed living than the fast-pace city life. On Via Romolo Balzani, you have a train station and several bus stops nearby, as well as lots of parks.
What we liked the most

- There is also a large shared balcony.

- We love the huge kitchen.
