There is a room for rent in this recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Via Taranto, in San Giovanni. The 120 m² property is equipped with central heating and has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher.
The apartment is located in a very well-connected area, close to Roma Tuscolana station, the Metro, and buses. There is a supermarket just around the corner from the apartment, and you will find restaurants, a pharmacy, banks, and a bakery within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has brand new parquet floors.
- The modern kitchen is spacious and comes with all you need to cook.
- There is a dining table to share a meal with your flatmates.
- The apartment complex has a lovely communal courtyard.
- There is a large wardrobe in the hallway providing additional storage space.
- San Giovanni is considered one of the best areas to live in Rome.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television in the apartment.
- You will share the bathroom with the landlord, but he is away frequently.
