There are rooms and beds for rent in this modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady in Tor Vergata. With a generous 75 m² footprint on Via del fosso di Santa Maura, this apartment includes a kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, as well as a couple of other stores and restaurants. The large Centro Commerciale Tor Vergata is easily accessible by a half-hour bus ride as well.
What we liked the most
- The living room has a sofa and TV, and is a great space to relax.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- The Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata - Macroarea di Scienze Matematiche is within a 20-minute walk.
- There is a large patio which can be accessed from the living room.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed in the apartment.
