Rooms are available for rent in a 3-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady in Vaticani, Rome. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, and there is also a dining table and chairs, an oven, and a stove. There is also a washing machine in a common laundry area. There is a large balcony on which smoking is allowed and to which the bedrooms all have access.
The local area has plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as a supermarket just a few doors down where you can do your shopping. There is also a pharmacy nearby, as well as banks and a post office.

- All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and their own personal fridge!
- The bedrooms all have access to a balcony on which smoking is allowed.
- Couples are allowed in the apartment.
- There is a supermarket a couple of doors down from the apartment.

- The closet in the hallway is not for tenants' use.
