There is a room for rent in this spacious 98 m² 3-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlord, located on Piazza Sempronio Asellio in the area of Tuscolano. The shared spaces include a modern kitchen, balcony and spacious bathroom with a separate toilet.
Tuscolano is a quiet residential area of Rome, bordered by parks. If lazing around in the sun isn't your thing, Via Tuscolana is a short 10-minute walk away, and has a selection of restaurants, shops and a movie theatre.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in a great location, close to the metro and Via Tuscolana.
- The kitchen has everything you need to cook.
- The bathroom has modern fittings and a separate toilet.
- The apartment has a balcony that overlooks the street below.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washer, but no dryer, so you will need to hang your laundry to dry.
