The rooms to rent in this 2nd floor 2-bedroom apartment on Via Giuseppe Gregoraci are ideal for female professionals and postgraduates. You have access to a wonderful partly-furnished balcony accessible through the kitchen. The front door opens into a hall with a corridor extending beyond the kitchen to the bathroom. Both of these spaces are modern. The kitchen is roomy with a table and 3 chairs, and it’s fully equipped with ample cupboard space, a fridge, oven, gas stove, and dishwasher. The bathroom is also large. It receives good natural light and has a bathtub, as well as a washing machine.
Tor Vergata may not be in the center of Rome, but it’s at the heart of student life. The University of Rome Tor Vergata is just a 20-minute bus ride away, although you can easily walk to the main campus in 25 minutes. Although there are other dance clubs in the area, Barrio Latino is less than 10 minutes away. There are many cafés and restaurants closer to the campus, but you’ll find a few fast food spots close by, as well as a small grocery store and a larger supermarket within a 12-minute walk.

- The building is lovely, and the apartment is spacious and has a balcony with a table and chairs.
- The University of Rome Tor Vergata main campus is only a 20-minute bus ride away.
- You can dance it up at the Barrio Latino club and be home within 10 minutes afterwards.
- The Tuodi grocery store is located across the street from McDonald’s, and there is a sushi spot around the corner.
