There are rooms for rent in this tidy 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a spacious 120 m² footprint on Via Temistocle Calzecchi Onesti in Ostiense. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, as well as an oven and 4-burner stove, while the bathrooms are beautifully decorated, and have a toilet, sink and shower.
There are a few restaurants and shops nearby, including a supermarket only a 2-minute walk away. The Centrale Montemartini museum is only a 20-minute walk away, while the Parco Schuster and Necropolis of San Paolo are also within walking distance, so there is plenty to do on your days off.
What we liked the most
- There is a balcony which can be accessed from the kitchen.
- Everything is brand new in this recently-renovated apartment.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a table and chairs in the kitchen, so you can sit down to a home-cooked meal with your flatmates.
- The Università Degli Studi Roma Tre - Dipartimento di Ingegneria is only a 10-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The bathrooms are shared.
