This 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment located in the neighbourhood of EUR Spinaceto has rooms available to rent. All the rooms have direct access to a balcony and come fully furnished. The apartment's high ceilings and big windows create a bright and open home. The shared areas include 2 full bathroom and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen that also opens up onto the balcony.
Spinaceto is a quiet residential district located to the south of Rome. You are surrounded by several green areas and also have the State Nature Reserve of Castelporziano nearby. Although having a car would be ideal, you can still reach the city by bus and metro in just 45 minutes. In the surrounding area you have several bus stops, shops, banks, and even a library.
