There are rooms for rent in this stylish 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 120 m² footprint on Via Raffaele de Cesare in San Giovanni. The bathroom is chic, with a large bath, while the kitchen has plenty of storage and a large refrigerator, as well as an oven with a 5-burner stove.
There is a supermarket just around the corner from the apartment, along with a few other stores and a bar. The Caffarella Park is a 25-minute walk away, where you will find the Catacombs of St. Callixtus. The Domitilla's Catacombs are also nearby, so there is plenty to do.

- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a small table and chairs in the kitchen so you can sit down for a home-cooked meal with your flatmates
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The University of Rome La Sapienza is half an hour away by public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
