This spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished and comes with an equipped kitchen, so everything is ready for you from the first day you arrive. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space where you can prepare your meals. There is even a balcony for you to enjoy a bit of the outdoors and sunshine right from home.
This apartment is in a great neighbourhood. Here, you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, markets and more, particularly around the Piazzale delle Provincie. On those evenings when you don't feel like cooking, just walk across the street to the Restaurant Su Nuraghe and let them cook for you! You can meet up with friends at the Draft Tap Bar, just a 5-minute walk away, and enjoy a variety of craft beers.

- This apartment is in a great location. You can walk to the Bunker Mussolini, a popular tourist spot, in just 15 minutes!
- You will love having a balcony where you can step outside and enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air!
- There is plenty for you to do within walking distance, like visiting the Museum of Comparative Anatomy "Battista Grassi," which is only a 3-minute walk from home!
