These terrific rooms to rent in a 2-bedroom apartment on Via di Passo Lombardo are ideal for students. The building complex itself is called Campus X and offers a lot of perks and conveniences of campus life, but it isn’t actually part of the university. However, both the complex and the apartment are ideal and affordable. Walking through the front door, you enter the common area. It’s an open space with a kitchen on 1 wall equipped with a gas stove, fridge and microwave, while the rest of the space is furnished with a 2-seat dining table facing a chest of drawers with a small TV. You have access to Wi-Fi, central heating and A/C, so you’ll be comfortable throughout the year.
Located in Tor Vergata, you are near the University of Rome II. This is definitely the neighborhood and community where you want to be as a student. While this is a quiet residential part of Rome, it isn’t without points of interest beyond your studies, though, even outside of the wide range of events held within the complex itself. The nearby Cinecittá Studios is an exciting historical landmark—the largest film studio in Europe—so you may want to check it out. Closer to home, you can pick up new clothes, shoes, and other items in the Tor Vergata shopping mall. Closer still, within a 20-minute walk, there’s an archaeological museum, a media store, a copy shop, as well as a few small cafés and restaurants, including a pizzeria!

What we liked the most
- The apartment complex offers a number of amenities, including a laundry room with washers and dryers, but much more: it’s like living in a mini-city with its own restaurant, supermarket, a gym and even an entertainment zone for gamers!
- The biggest film studio in Europe, Cinecittà, is not that far away. If you're a film buff, it's definitely worth a visit.
- You can quickly get to the Tor Vergata Mall with a short bus ride.
- When you want to get away from student life, there are some great local cafés and restaurants nearby.
