There are rooms for rent in this cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a live-in landlady. The kitchen is well-equipped, and has a full-sized refrigerator as well as an oven. The bathroom is similarly well-appointed with a shower over bath, sink, toilet and bidet.
Situated in a bustling suburb near the greenery of some of Rome's largest parks, there are plenty of essentials within walking distance including restaurants and bars, as well as a supermarket, and pharmacy. Villa Dora Pamphili and Villa Sciarra parks are only a short walk away, and are a great place to relax in the summer sun.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a small table and chairs, so you can sit down to eat with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The landlady lives at the property with her siblings as well.
Things to keep in mind
- There are 2 medium sized dogs at the property.
- Smoking is allowed, but only on the terrace.

- Bus routes H and 44, and tramline 8 will bring you to the centre in about 15 minutes, and also pass Trastavere station.
- Buses 31 and 33 also pass close by, taking you to EUR in one direction, and Centro Storico in the other, passing Cipro Metro station (MEA).
- Train:
- Villa Bonelli station is a half hour walk away, and services the FL1, and REG lines.
- Tram:
- The closest stop on tramline 8 is about a 20-minute walk away, and from there you'll be able to reach the centre in about 15 minutes.
