There are rooms for rent in this cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Via Vitaliano Rotellini, in Tor Dè Cenci. With a generous 120 m² footprint just outside the centre of Rome, this apartment has a spacious living room, and kitchen with all the essential appliances including an oven, and everything you need to start cooking.
This apartment is just a 20-minute walk away from the State Nature Reserve of Castelporziano, which is perfect for exploring on a sunny day. There is also a grocery store nearby, as well as a pharmacy and a couple of bars, so you won't need to go far for the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great place to relax with your flatmates, and has balcony access.
- This apartment is close to the Medico University of Rome - Campus Bio, which is accessible by bus.
- There are plenty of windows throughout the apartment to let in plenty of natural light.
- The apartment is comfortably furnished throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The bathrooms are shared.
