Spotahome's opinion
With a location so close to the metro, the rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom apartment are a perfect place to begin discovering Rome. Aside from a spacious bathroom, there are two shared areas. The large entrance hall into the apartment has been transformed into a sitting area, which is a great place to chat with flatmates. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, also has a table with chairs. There isn’t a TV, but you’ll find Wi-Fi throughout.
Laurentina is a quiet neighborhood near the business district of EUR and it's a perfect spot for workers of students. Campus Bio, the medical University, is a 20-minute drive south of your apartment, and the Pontifical University of St. Bonaventure is a 7-minute walk away. The neighborhood has everything you need, including supermarkets, pharmacies and other stores. It also has a number of local cafés and restaurants. If you like ice-cream, then you’re in luck: your apartment is surrounded by gelatarias!
What we liked the most
- The transformed vestibule and airy kitchen open up the space so that you can chat with flatmates or invite a friend for coffee.
- While the Pontifical University of St. Bonaventure is the closest, there are another six colleges within a 30-minute bus ride.
- You’ll find a few small parks nearby, but the EUR Central Park, which is a 15-minute metro ride away, has a gorgeous man-made lake.
- There are a lot of gelatarias in the neighborhood!

- The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Laurentina metro station, which serves lines MEB and MEB1.
- Martini S is the closest bus stop, but the Serafico/Keplero stop on Via del Serafico has a night bus and it can be reached with a 5-minute walk.
- It will take you roughly 15 minutes to get to the EUR Magliana railway station by metro, but you can make it there in about 7 minutes by taxi.
