This spacious apartment, with an area of 120 sqm, is located near Rome´s Termini Train Station and offers one room for rent. The other rooms are occupied by the live-in landlord in his 80s. The location is extremely convenient as it is well-connected to the rest of the city, but it also has the advantage of being surrounded by supermarkets, well-priced restaurants, and bars. This charming apartment offers a traditional Italian decor with beautiful vintage furniture in the bedrooms and living areas. The attached terrace offers plenty of space to entertain guests, furnished with benches, a dining table, and adorned with a variety of plants. For added convenience, all utilities come included in the rental price.
