There are rooms for rent in this stylish 3-bedroom apartment with a generous 113 m² footprint on Via Bartolomeo in Pigneto, with a live-in landlord. This apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, and gas stove, and is sunny throughout with plenty of windows.
This apartment is opposite the Parco del Torrione Prenestino, which is great for enjoying the sun or going or a jog. There is a large shopping mall only a 16-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants and bars nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower over bath, sink, bidet, and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots, and a small table and chairs to eat dinner with your flatmates.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
