Rooms are available to rent in spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Morena, shared with the live-in landlord. This apartment is very affordable, making it well-suited for students and young professionals. You'll enjoy its warm, relaxed environment.
There are 2 balconies, one accessed from the kitchen and the other accessed from each of the 2 bedrooms for rent, where you'll love taking in fresh air and admiring your peaceful surroundings. Lastly, make sure to bring all your belongings because both bedrooms are spacious and come with ample room for storing clothes and other items.
Morena is outside the city of Rome yet very well connected via train and bus. If you're a student at the Sapienza University of Rome, you can make it to campus in 45 minutes. Locally, you'll have access to everything you need. Supermercato Elite is close by, a good choice for buying groceries.
Also, around the corner you have some nice options for dining. For some classic Italian fare, try La Cocinella, it's only a 12-minute walk. And if you enjoy concerts and other events, head to the Orion club only 10 minutes from your apartment.

Getting around
Transportation
- 45-minute trip to Sapienza Univeristy of Rome. Walk to Ciampino station (15 minutes), take the FL6 train to Termini station (15 minutes) and walk from there (15 minutes).
- You can also catch the 515 bus from Vigne Di Morena/sette Metri (3-minute walk) and switch to the Metro at Anagnina station, which will bring you to Termini.
- From Termini station you can connect to the rest of the city using the Metro Line B, bus services or on foot. The Coliseum is less than 20 minutes away!
- Termini station serves Fiumicino Airport via express train. It's a 1.5 hour trip door-to-door.
Flatmates
The live-in landlord is in his twenties. His hobby is photography. Luckily, it's also his job! He does not have any pets, and your visitors are very welcome. However, long visitor stays are not permitted.
