There are rooms for rent in this cosy 3-bedroom apartment spanning a generous 90 m² on Via Prenestina in Centocelle. With a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove and electric oven, as well as balcony access, this apartment is extremely well-equipped.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the streets around this apartment, including a supermarket only a 3-minute walk away. The wonderful Parco Achille Grandi is just down the road, and is the perfect place to soak up the summer sun.
What we liked the most
- The large lounge will become the heart of your home.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower over bath, sink, toilet and bidet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
