There are rooms for rent in this sunny 2-bedroom apartment which covers a generous 65 m² on Via Grotta di Gregna, with a live-in landlord. With modern appliances throughout, including an oven, and washing machine, as well as a well-equipped bathroom.
This apartment is located a little outside the city centre, but is still close to all the essentials including restaurants, parks and a sport centre. The beautiful Natural Reserve of the Aniene Valley is accessible by public transport, as is the Pantheon and the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
