This 3-bedroom, 100 m² apartment with a balcony and AC has rooms for rent. This property is very unique, with authentic floor tiling, antique furniture and plenty of character. The apartment has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There are 2 balconies, one is attached to bedroom 1, and the other can be accessed through the kitchen. There is 1 bathroom to share between tenants.
The apartment is on Via Vittorio Putti in Monteverde Nuovo - a tranquil, residential neighbourhood outside of Rome's chaotic centre. You will find everything you need in the local area, including bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There are also public transport links to take you into the city, and Villa Doria Pamphili park is just next door.
