This bright 90 m ² 3-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent on Via Lucrezio Caro. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and it has a cosy dining table with room for 2 people to share a meal. There is a comfy couch placed in the corridor where you can relax and spend some time with your room mates.
Located just outside the city center, Prati is a friendly and peaceful area. Living here you will be close to the River Tiber, plenty of lovely parks and the famous shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo. The streets that neighbour the property are full of small shops and charming restaurants and whenever you need to connect with the rest of Rome, the metro is only a short walk away.
