Rooms are available to rent in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Via Nino Bixio. The spacious apartment doesn't have large common areas, but the bedrooms are huge, and there is space in the large corridor to socialise with your flatmates. The apartment has been newly renovated, and the rooms have all brand-new furniture.
The apartment is in a fantastic location in Esquilino. It's close to the Centro Storico, with the Colosseum within walking distance, and the rest of historic Rome just beyond that. It's close to Sapienza University, which is about a 20-minute walk away, or a short tram journey from Piazza di Porta Maggiore. It's also close to Roma Termini station, which means that travelling around Italy will be easy, whether to explore, or to head home and visit family.
What we liked the most
- Although there is no living room, the spacious corridor has a big couch where you can relax with your flatmates.
- All of the bedrooms are really big and bright – you'll never feel claustrophobic here!
- In the nearby Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, there is a regular fresh food market
- Whether you're religious or just like architecture, Basilica di San Giovanni is worth a visit. It's a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and it's magnificent.
