Rooms are available to rent in this spacious 4-bedroom apartment in Casal de' Pazzi, shared with the live-in landlord. The property is bright, spacious and well-equipped, with everything you'll need for a comfortable life there. Shared spaces include a living room with access to a balcony and a spacious kitchen with another balcony, and a large dining table.
The apartment is in a green area of the city, with several parks nearby, as well as the Valle dell'Aniene nature reserve. Although not on a Metro line, there are lots of buses operating nearby, and you can soon reach the city centre. The local area has plenty of useful amenities too, with a local market, plus nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, a post office, and more.

- The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-furnished.
- You can get to know your flatmates around the big table in the kitchen, enjoying a meal together.
