This huge apartment is available to rent on Via Giuseppe Taverna in the Monte Mario area of the city. The 140 m² apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and 2 spacious balconies to share between the tenants, and is well furnished, equipped and decorated. The rooms are all spacious and have either twin or double beds, and all allow couples.
Although not central, this is a well served area for amenities, with multiple restaurants in the local area, plenty of shopping, and even an Agorà hypermarket just down the road. Add to that a daily market nearby and you'll always have fresh goods in your kitchen. The location is also idea for students at the Roman campus of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
What we liked the most
- You will have 2 huge private balconies, each with plenty of space for communal meals in the evening sun.
- In the kitchen are 2 full-size fridges with plenty of space for everybody's groceries.
- You can push the twin beds together in each room to make doubles.
- There are 2 full bathrooms to share, so you won't have to wait too long for the shower in the morning.
- The local area is full of convenient stores, including a hypermarket
- There's a large park nearby – Parco Santa Maria della Pietà, which is full of attractive old buildings, gardens, and shaded pathways. Perfect for a morning jog.
