This live-in landlady of this 100 ², 2-bedroom apartment in Centro Storico is looking for a female postgraduate student to rent a room with an ensuite bathroom. You will be sharing with her the kitchen and an open plan kitchen and living area.
The apartment is located in the vibrant historical centre of Rome, close to Villa Borghese and Piazza della Repubblica. The area offers plenty to explore and also has great public transport options for easy access to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The rentable room has a TV, and there is a 2nd unit in the kitchen.
- Termini station is located nearby, enabling easy travel to other parts of Rome and Italy.
- The living room is spacious and bright.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- There are dining tables in the living area and kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
