This 3rd floor, 70 m² apartment has wood flooring, high ceilings, and lots of windows. The main common area is the eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and has a table to seat up to 5 people. There is 1 full bathroom to share, where you also find a washing machine.
The apartment is located in one of Rome's trendiest areas, San Lorenzo. A 15-minute walk or bus ride to Sapienza University, it is a popular area for students and maintains a youthful and vibrant atmosphere. Within a 5-minute walk of the apartment, you have a Carrefour grocery store, Italian restaurants, burger joints, and lively cocktails bars.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has lots of windows which keeps it nice and sunny.
- There are high ceilings, which make the rooms feel more spacious.
- There is central heat – great for winter time!
- You are less than a 15-minute bus ride to the Sapienza University campus, and 10 minutes to the nearest metro stop.
