There is a single room available to rent in this 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the Garbatella district. The apartment's main room is an enormous kitchen with cabinet-covered walls and a 6-person dining table in the middle. The shared bathroom is also large with mosaic tiles and a bathtub. There is an additional room which tenants can use for storage.
Garbatella is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a quiet, residential area away from the chaotic city center. Via Adelaide Cairoli Bono, is peaceful and beautiful tree-lined street. You have a metro stop just a 6-minute bus ride away and are surrounded by shops and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has high ceilings.
- We love the huge kitchen – the perfect place for a dinner party.
- There is a TV in the kitchen to keep you current.
- There is a washing machine.
- The bathroom is very spacious with a bathtub and storage space.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom 1 sofa will be replaced with a large single bed.
- The microwave shown belongs to the current tenant. You must request permission for use.
- Wi-Fi is not installed. You must contact a service provider directly.
