There is a spacious double room available to rent to men only in this 7th floor, 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment's main common area is the eat-in kitchen with a table for 3 and that opens up onto a balcony. The apartment has an area of 90 m² and 1 full bathroom to share.
On Via Luigi Roux, the apartment is minutes from the main avenue Via Tiburtina. On Via Tiburtina you can find anything you may need from fast food to makeup to banks. The large avenue is also a main bus route, making it easy to get around town.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a double sink and gas stove.
- The bathroom has a box shower and washing machine.
- Bedroom 2 has a private balcony.
- You are well-connected to the city by buses and are a short ride to the Roma Tiburtina train station
