This 75 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the northern district of Nuovo Salario has spacious rooms for rent. With multiple balconies, the apartment receives a lot of natural light, keeping it bright and fresh. The main shared area is the eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and with colorful walls. There is 1 full bathroom to share that has modern tiling and under-sink storage.
Nuovo Salario is a residential district located about 25 minutes north of Rome City Center. On Via Cesare Fani, the aparment is just seconds from banks, grocery stores, and post offices. There multiple buses nearby that take you directly to the trian and metro stations.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has big windows and receives a lot of sunlight.
- Bedroom 2 has a private balcony.
- The bathroom is modern and is equipped with the washing machine.
- The apartment is just a 5-minute bus ride to the nearest metro.
- This is a great options for students attending the Università Pontificia Salesiana.
Things to keep in mind
- You will need to contact a service provider in order to install Wi-Fi.
- There is no living room, but the bedroom size makes up for it.
