This 180 m², 5-bedroom apartment has spacious rooms available to rent in the Africano area. The apartment is shared with the live-in landlord and the main common area is the eat-in kitchen. Each bedroom has its own independent key and there are 2 full bathrooms to share.
This apartment can be found on Via Migiurtinia in Africano; a residential neighborhood located to the north-east of the city center. This area is perfect if you love to be near parks, but also like to be well connected to rest of the city. You have a metro stop nearby and a train station about 10 minutes away on foot.
What we liked the most
- All the bedrooms are quite spacious and come with their own independent keys.
- There is plenty of built-in storage space in the corridor.
- The kitchen has a small balcony and is equipped with a washing machine.
- Cooking will never be a problem when you have 2 ovens!
- There are 2 full bathrooms – convenient when living with roommates.
