The interior of this property is very spacious and has a cosy living room where you can spend time with the live-in landlady and her sons. The apartment also has a kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
This apartment is located on Via del Castro Pretorio in Termini - one of Rome's most well connected areas. You will be living near the vibrant San Lorenzo area, which is popular amongst students due to its proximity to Sapienza University. The apartment is 9 minutes from Termini train and metro station, and 12 minutes from Sapienza University.
