There is a spacious room available to rent in this 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment shared with the landlady, who lives in the living room. The apartment is fully furnished and has plenty of decorations, even in the bathroom. The decor and layout make this a very cozy property. The main common room is the fully equipped kitchen that has country-style cabinets and opens up to a balcony. The bathroom to share is quite spacious and very elegant.
The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Collina Fleming. If you are looking for a calm atmosphere with plenty of shops and services, this is the location for you. You are only a 20-minute bus ride to the nearest train station and have a direct bus connection to the city center. There are also good connections to Università del Foro Italico.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is cozy with plenty of artwork, wood flooring, and high ceilings.
- You have your own TV and a couch in bedroom 1.
- The kitchen has a dining table and a TV, so you don't have to eat in silence.
- There is also a large balcony where you will find the washing machine.
- The bathroom is spacious and has an elegant bathtub, a perfect place to relax.
- You are 5 minutes away from bus line 32, which takes you directly to the city center.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room is not for the tenant's use, but is the Landlady's bedroom.
- The landlady has a pet dog.
